Überseequartier, right in HafenCity
The Cruise Center HafenCity is the newest of the three terminals and was opened in a completely new form in spring 2025. It is located in the heart of HafenCity, directly in the newly built Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier, the large new urban district with shops, hotels, and restaurants. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Elbphilharmonie and the Speicherstadt, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2015. Hardly any terminal in Europe is so centrally located and so integrated into the city.
The new terminal has two berths measuring 345 and 230 meters in length and is designed for operation with shore power, so ships can be supplied in a more environmentally friendly way while docked. For you as a guest, that means: you start your journey in a modern building in one of the city’s most beautiful locations.

Getting there and shuttle to HafenCity
As central as the terminal is, the Überseequartier is just as crowded on cruise days. Parking spaces in the new district are expensive and scarce, and access roads are very busy on peak days. With our shuttle, you can avoid the parking search entirely: you park covered and securely with us, and we’ll take you comfortably straight to the modern terminal.
Because HafenCity is well connected to the city center, your family and friends can also reach the spot easily to say goodbye or welcome you back. Your car stays dry and under video surveillance in our parking garage the whole time, and when you return, we’ll take you back there again.

What does parking cost with us?
For your cruise, too, you pay a fixed total price for the entire period, including the shuttle to your terminal and back. Longer trips are especially affordable per day.
