When should I be at the Parking Lot?
Please arrive punctually at your booked time at the parking lot and contact us by phone 30 minutes before your arrival.
Please do not come significantly earlier or later, as the shuttle service is precisely coordinated with your booked time.
If your arrival time changes at short notice, please inform us immediately by phone or WhatsApp so that we can reorganize the shuttle accordingly.

What is the Procedure when I Arrive at the Parking Lot?
1. Please call us 30 minutes before your arrival. During this call, you will receive the access code to retrieve your parking ticket from the machine.
2. You park your vehicle in the parking garage
3. Afterwards, you will be picked up by our shuttle vehicle.
How Exactly Does the Shuttle Service Work?
You arrive at our parking lot at the booked time.
Our shuttle driver is either already on site or will arrive shortly. He will then take you directly to Hamburg Airport or Port.
The shuttle ride is coordinated with your booked time. Please be punctual. The return transfer after your return is of course also included.
Can I Keep the Key?
We do not accept vehicle keys. You park your vehicle independently in an assigned, secured parking space and take your vehicle key with you. Your car remains securely locked during your trip, only you have access.
